Owner of WORKCO STAFFING SERVICES and Senior Consultant for HR Consulting Division. Christine has over 30 years of personnel experience. Certified in Professional Human Resource by the Society of Human Resource Management, Christine specializes in supervisor training and complete HR Services. She also serves on many boards including the Help Center, Athens Rotary Club Board and gives lectures on employment to high schools, colleges, civic organizations, etc.

Darcy Hall, Business Development Coordinator
Darcy has been with WORKCO for over 13 years and is responsible for all outside sales and marketing. Her main expertise is serving as an information liason between potential/new/existing accounts and WORKCO's in house staff to ensure a smooth working relationship.

Kathy Becton, C.S.P.*, Senior Recruiting Specialist
Kathy has 15 years combined staffing experience from a national agency in Tyler. She is responsible for interviewing, placement and client account management. Her duties also include developing relationships with clients assessing their staffing needs and providing them with quailified candidates. Kathy is very involved in the community and serves on several boards.

Darlene Mezzell, Accounts Manager
A member of our team for over a decade came to WORKCO with almost 15 years of payroll and accounting experience. Her responsibilities include payroll, TWC claims, and all back office functions.

Lacey Wilbanks, Accounts Manager/Media Designer
Joined our team after being a business/computer teacher for 3 years. She earned a Bachelor's degree in New Media Art from the University of Texas A&M Commerce. Her responsibilities include website management, graphic designer, payroll, TWC claims, HR questions and all front office functions.
